Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cybrove platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You may only scan domains, assets, and systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited and may violate computer fraud laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to scan any target.

You may not use Cybrove to: scan systems without authorization, perform denial-of-service attacks, exploit discovered vulnerabilities, share vulnerability data about systems you don't own, or resell the service without written permission.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your team members comply with these Terms. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Payment Terms

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Your selected plan activates and your payment method is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in USD.

We offer refunds within 7 days of any charge, no questions asked. To cancel, use the billing settings in your account or contact support.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Cybrove owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, and documentation. Your scan data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not share it without your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cybrove provides security scanning tools but does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities. We are not liable for security incidents that occur despite using our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Cybrove against claims arising from: your use of the platform, scanning of unauthorized targets, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
